Service description

I am a full-service Trading Assistant. I come to your house anywhere in the Logan or nearby Areas, inventory the items, list them and sell on eBay, ship, and provide you with an itemised list of all items sold with the sale price and my fees. You can reach me via email at webmaster@keepingmecool.com - I will usually respond within 24 hours. Please note I typically only sell items worth at least $50.

Fees

I charge my clients a commission on the final sale price of items. I only charge you for items that sell but I reserve the right not to list items I believe won't sell on eBay. Generally I charge around 20% commission after the sale and I handle all the details of the transaction for you. Contact me for more specific details on my commission structure.

Terms and conditions

I sell all products with a money back return policy. I find that you are more likly to sell and recieve a higher price if the customer feels that something is not right, they will recieve a refund. Any sales that ask for a refund will be relisted free of charge.
I prefer to start all my auctions out at a low starting price because it really drives excitement. If you'd like me to start auctions at a higher price we'll have to negotiate out terms.
