Service description

Our own sales concentrate of ceramics, glass and collectibles but we will sell any legitimate item up to a maximum weight of 10 kilos and maximum dimensions of approximately 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre.
We will not only sell individual personal items but also break job lots and sell product lines on your behalf.
We pride ourselves on the professional standard of our product photography and have demonstrated time and time again significant price increases as a result of excellent pictures.

Fees

An initial charge of £6.99 per item is made including your initial Ebay listing fee including a gallery image, two photographs of the item.
Additional photographs are charged at £4 per shot.
Photographs are normally shot on a white or black background and are clean but not guaranteed to be totally shadow free. If you require cut-outs on white to equal the very best commercial photography, then we make an additional charge of six pounds per image. If you require images of a product for some other use then please ask us to quote. Copyright of images produced by us for use on Ebay rest with us until otherwise agreed.
Free image hosting... Images are stored on our image host free of charge.
We charge no comission on sales valued up to £30 and 15% of the sales value (excluding carriage) on item sales values over £20 up to a maximum comission of £100 per item. If your item sells for £30 or less you pay no comission, if your item sells for £50 you pay £3.
We pack and ship the items at our own standard rates. In the UK we have the benefit of a Parcel Force account allowing us to ship packages of up to 30 kg at a single flat rate inclusive of insurance.

Terms and conditions

We can only sell items which are in our possession.
You must provide an accurate description of the item and be able to warrant that the item is legally yours to sell.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell an item.
The starting price for the auction is at your discretion although we will always advise.
Unless you tell us otherwise we will choose the Ebay category in which the item will be listed.
We must receive payment of our initial charges before we start the auction.
At the end of the auction we will pay you any monies due by cheque within three days of the end of auction.
If your item does not sell we will relist it once free of charge. If it still fails to sell it will be removed from the listing and we will notify you. You can instruct us to place it in a charity shop, collect it from us or pay us to deliver it to you. Items not cleared within 14 days from the end of the listing will automatically be donated to a charity shop unless otherwise agreed.
Returns policy
Where an item has been miss-described we will accept a return and refund the buyer with the cost of the item and the cost of return posting. These refunds will be charged to your account.
Where an item has arrived damaged we will pursue the insurance claim on your behalf, re-imberse the client for the cost of the item and postage less our handling charge. We only accept claims for damaged items on return of the item to us.

Trading Assistants can sell items on eBay for others. Trading Assistants operate independently as eBay sellers, and are not employees, agents, or partners of eBay.
