Service description

We are a dress agency in Derby City centre, based in the heart of the Catherdral Quarter in Irongate. We have over 1,000 sq ft of retail space in which to showcase our many designer, boutique and high street labels. We also stock an extensive range of silver and costume jewellery as well as vintage items. When deciding on using us as your trading assistant, you will receive a 1st class service not only selling your products on-line, but with the possibility of it being sold on the shop floor. Our reputation through customer testimonials, ebay feedback and our power seller status should ensure your confidence in our ability to sell your items.

Fees

Our fee will be 40% of the selling price (excluding P&P) after all ebay fees have been deducted. PLEASE NOTE : Any fees incurred through Paypal payments will be our responsibility.

Terms and conditions

Sellers will receive 60% of the final selling price. The selling price is decided by Pearls and Scarlett unless otherwise instructed.

If items are sold online then the final sale price will be inclusive of all listing and selling costs incurred in the sale.

In order to maintain high standards we do not accept items which are more than 2yrs old – with the exception of genuine vintage wear.

Pearls and Scarlett reserve the right to refuse any item which it deems unsuitable i.e. red dot sale items, outdated style/fabric, and stained/marked/distressed garments.

All stock and premises are covered by comprehensive insurance

We do not, under any circumstances, accept counterfeit goods. Where possible we will gain proof that certain designer products are genuine. If designer handbags or items of clothing are brought in we would request where possible to have a copy of the original receipt/box/packaging. This can be used to satisfy any enquiries into its authenticity.

Pearls and Scarlett act as a third party trader and as such go to great lengths to ensure all products are authentic.
