Service description
We buy, sell and broker property in the Bulgaria, the USA and Germany. Property sold on behalf of Bulgarian property owners who live in the UK and Bulgaria. Fixed price listing fees - Because we advertise offline, have repeat trade and high search rankings, our prices are marginally higher than other competitors and private sellers, previous sellers have been more than happy with our end results. Property in Germany and the USA purchased or sold for the property owner.
Fees
Fixed fee of £1000 per property if we auction your Bulgarian, German or USA property with us. If we decide to purchase your property we will offer you what we believe it is worth, because many have paid over the odds in the past from estate agents, we will only buy at a price which can be resold at a profit to ourselfes so please take this into account when offering your property to us to purchase.
Terms and conditions
Last minute distressed sales dealt with at our discretion. There is no guarantee as to what price auctions end at, so whatever the end price our fee is £1000 payable direct from the buyer, once payment is received from the buyer we will forward the remaining minus our £1000 fee (£95 listing fee is included in our price) to yourself. All documents will be checked and must be in place for us to either purchase or sell the property on your behalf.
