Service description
We are professional, full-time ebay sellers. We will sell your unwanted goods on a small fee and commission basis. Your items can either be dropped off at our warehouse or we can collect from you for an additional fee. We handle every part of the sale for you, from photographing the items and listing on ebay, to packing and despatch to the customer. You can be assured your items will be treated with care and discretion.
Fees
Our fees are variable depending on the value of the items being sold. Typically the commission rate will be 30% of the final sale price. The fees include all ebay and Paypal selling fees.
Terms and conditions
We aim to list every item within 1 week of taking delivery, and payment will be made to the vendor approximately 10 days after the end of the auction, this of course depends on how quickly the purchaser is able to make payment. No goods will be dispatched until purchase funds have cleared. All items will be covered by our warehouse insurance once we have taken delivery of the items. If an item fails to sell, the only cost to the vendor will be the £5.00 initial fee.
Trading Assistants can sell items on eBay for others. Trading Assistants operate independently as eBay sellers, and are not employees, agents, or partners of eBay. Trading Assistants are responsible for complying with all eBay policies, and must meet specific requirements to be listed in the Trading Assistants Directory.
