Service description

We are a full time professional operation and have been selling on ebay for approx 5 years. We have a positive feedback rating of over 21,000 and are happy to design a unique ebay ID and selling template for you or will list your items for you on our own ID. We do not offer a collection service but you can drop off your items to us Monday to Friday. We take our customer service seriously and so we will treat your listing as we would one of our own. We prefer to offer quality items and since our fees start at £5.00 plus, then we would recommend that you only ask us to sell higher price items otherwise you will not see much return from the whole process. We will take care of any images needed and this service is included in the price

Fees

We try to keep our fees structure as straight forward as possible. We charge a straight fee of £5 per listing (payable when the item is dropped off), plus a commission of 10% of the final selling price. Any P&P is excluded. We do not charge any extra fees for taking images, nor do we charge extra fees if we choose to add specific ebay features that we may choose to use such as gallery and featured listings.

Example:

1 TAG HEUER watch dropped off.

Watch listed and sells for £89.50 plus £7.95 delivery.

Dash of Lime fees = £5.00 to list + £8.95 commission, giving a total of £13.95.

You will receive £89.50 - £13.95 = £75.55

Terms and conditions

Minimum likely value to exceed £10. We reserve the right to list in the category of our choice and to use our choice of ebay features - you will not be charged any additional fees if we use additional features.

If your item doesn't sell the first time then you can either pay for another listing, collect the item from us or ask us to dispose of it for you in any way we choose.

We will make payment to you in the form of a cheque which needs to be collected and signed for.

We reserve the right to refuse to list any item that doesn't meet with our standards and/or we think will not sell.

We will not offer refunds or returns on your item.
